    for sale at this time, but more will be coming. The majority of these carvings are done in basswood.
   which is preferred by many wood carvers for it's straight grain and ease of carving.

Figure stands 5 1/4" tall

Dachshund   Sm. Bear Deer   Cat

Madonna and Child   $95

     Carved from basswood, standing 10" tall.
     This carving is all one solid piece of wood,
     left in it's natural color and sealed with
     tung oil.

Crucifix - approximately 20" tall.

             The cross is made from an exotic wood.
             The figure is made from basswood.
              Both are sealed with tung oil.

Seven gnomes from 3 1/2" to 5" tall
were carved from basswood.

Old couple with their dog - 7" tall.

    The woman has a bowl that the dog is      interested in.  The somewhat rumpled old          man is leaning on a walking stick as they chat.
   Carved from basswood in an old world style.

This jolly little Friar is one of my favorites.
He has such a kindly smile on his face.

Approximately 7 in. tall.

St. Francis,

St. Francis is carved out of mahogany.
He's more impressionistic than my usual
realistic style. This figurine is almost a
foot tall and very slender.
